Once find the Neuromuscular knot we use that T-bar for the size of knot then apply deep pressure to the pained area. The first reaction is at first 8-9 in pain but quickly disseminates to a 3-4 in pain which feels more like a good hurt. MMM CORP, is writing to you, the client, to provide a legal document that will protect MMM CORP., from any massage services not rendered due to fungus or any other type of infectious disease.
No Refunds will be made under any circumstances. If a therapist of MMM CORP., is contaminated or any and all fungus, skin infection, lesions, athletes’ foot all or any forms of Covid, ALL SERVICES will be canceled until client and therapists both have proof that the fungus is no longer contagious and or dead by legal document by a Colorado DORA State Board Licensed Doctor.
Therefore, MMM CORP., will request that you provide legal documentation, that includes the following provisions: Fungus,scabies, lice, and skin diseases, lesions any and all forms of Covid, ect...by a Colorado DORA Sate Board Colorado Licensed Doctor, to be reinstated as a client. If proper documentation is not given, then MMM CORP. has the right to cancel ALL therapy sessions due to lack of communication about fungus or any other types of skins infectious disease. If any therapists of MMM CORP. develop a fungal infection within 48 hours - 4 weeks after a massage therapy session, be advised that all sessions will stop and NO REFUNDS will be given. Due to contamination the therapist is unable to work, MMM CORP., therapist will be compensated full price of $360 per 90mins and cost due to pain and suffering of he/she, not being able to work due to fungus or skin, of any Covid or Covid-19, health infection, contraction. Therefore, no refunds will be given.
In event shall you, Client, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the clients, or your fungal, skin or health infection including but not limited to Covid-19, including but not limited all and any damages resulting from a fungal, skin, and or health infection.
Governing Law. The legal document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Colorado].
MMM CORP., believes that such a legal document will protect both of our interests and ensure that we have a mutually beneficial relationship.
