By booking a massage session with us, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
NO REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE PAID CASH, CHECK, VENMO, CASH APP, WIRED,OR ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR ANY REASON.
IF and/or when you sign your receipt of cash payment this is proof, you are agreeing to terms of this policy, NO REFUNDS,

Prepaid Appointments & Gift Certificates
a. Prepaid Appointments: When booking a massage session, clients may be required to pay for their appointment in advance. Once a booking has been made and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
b. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Clients must present the original gift certificate at the time of their appointment. Gift certificates are valid for the services specified and must be used within the validity period indicated.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
a. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late for their appointment may have their session shortened to accommodate the therapist's schedule. No refunds or discounts will be provided for shortened sessions due to late arrival.
b. Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancelations. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, clients will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued for canceled appointments.
Service Satisfaction & Discomfort
a. Service Satisfaction: Our massage therapists are highly skilled professionals committed to delivering high-quality service. However, we understand that personal preferences may vary. If a client is unsatisfied with their massage, they are encouraged to communicate with their therapist during the session to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Refunds will not be issued based on service satisfaction.
b. Discomfort: If a client experiences discomfort or pain during their massage, it is their responsibility to inform the therapist immediately. Adjustments can be made to ensure the client's comfort. No refunds will be issued due to discomfort experienced during the massage.
Medical Conditions & Contraindications
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or contraindications that may impact their ability to receive massage therapy. If a therapist deems a client's condition as contraindicated for massage, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will not be charged. No refunds will be issued for any medical conditions or contraindications disclosed after the session.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, clients will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment, and no refunds will be issued.
